We work to support and promote a wider knowledge of the educational and cultural importance of the world of Bede, and the values of scholarship, innovation and community which his monastery practiced.

There are a number of ways to join:
- To register online to pay your membership by direct debit, click on this link: https://pay.gocardless.com/AL0002Z7DA7472 and enter your details. This will enable the Friends to set up a payment for your membership. When you have registered, please email friends@friendsworldbede.org to tell us that you have registered, and attach the completed membership form so that we have your details.
- OR send the completed Membership form (PDF link below) and cheque to FOWB Membership Secretary, C/o Jarrow Hall, Church Bank, JARROW, NE32 3DY by post, or email friends@friendsworldbede.org
- Ask at the till when you visit the museum.
- Pick up a leaflet at the museum.
